Broker Remarks
This beautiful classic has been owned since the early 90's by a couple who have kept her in superb condition and she is an absolute credit to her owners. Over their ownership she has been extensively maintained ( the owner was a shipwright ) and the most recent work has been a new coachroof with canvas covering, new wheelhouse structure and new foredeck hatch. The decks are teak and have been sycoflexed this year. She retains all the characteristics of her original build and viewing is highly recommended. More pictures available, please ask.
Accommodation
Beautiful mahogany saloon with port forward settee which pulls out to make a double berth. 2 more settee/quarter berths port and starboard. Starboard galley with 2 burner gas cooker, grill and oven, stainless steel sink, gas refrigerator, gas water heater.  Large heads compartment forward with central SL sea water toilet and built in lockers port and starboard. Access to chain locker on forward bulkhead. Steps up to wheelhouse and thence out to aft cockpit.
Mechanical and Rigging
Larch on oak frames with 13" centres Kelvin 4 cylinder diesel model P4 developing 20hp and fitted with reconditioned gearbox driving a 3 bladed propeller. New Jabsco pump, injectors, alternator and exhaust. 2 x 12v batteries charged by engine driven alternator. Oil and battery charge meter. 50 gallons fuel in 2 tanks and 70 gallons water in 1 tank. Wired for 240v shorepower with RCD breaker. Wooden mast and mizzen with wooden booms. Stainless steel standing rigging 4 years old. Mainsail, genoa and mizzen all 4 years old. Storm jib.

Garmin 120GPS, JRC radar 1000, Nasa DSC VHF, binnacle compass with light. Electric bilge pump plus spare, navigation lights, anchor windlass, anchor with 120' chain, horseshoe lifebuoy, Avon inflatable, boarding ladder, beaching legs, brass bell, gas detector, various fenders and warps. Fire extinguishers, clock and barometer.
