LM 27 For Sale: SUNDANCE was built in 1979 and is a splendid example of the LM 27 motor sailer that has been cherished by her owners. Many updates combined with a delightful cockpit and wheelhouse make this a very desirable boat to own. SUNDANCE is in very good condition throughout and with suprisingly good sailing characteristics. The stainless steel standing rigging was replaced in 2014. Upholstery was replaced 2012. Webasto cabin heating. Long keel. Canoe shaped hull. Internal wheel helm and external tiller steering. Engine serviced, antifouled and anodes replaced in 2015, so she is ready to take away. Spacious cockpit with full cover and ingenius fold out table effectively adds another room. This LM 30 motorsailer is ashore for the winter at Noss Marina, Dartmouth.
