Broker Remarks
Serendipity is a lovely example of the Moody 471. She is heavily set up for Ocean Cruising and has all the equipment aboard to do so. Being well maintained by the current owner, she is ready to go to its new lucky owner.
She has been well used by her current owners who have spent a good deal of time aboard and are able to offer a extensive list of works completed for inspection. The most major work outstanding on her is the requirment for new teak decks over the next few years, her owners have priced her realisticly to take account of this.
