Broker Remarks
The Princess 414 is a 'classic style' flybridge with twin Volvo Penta engines. The interior is spacious with plenty of storage and convertible seating areas in the galley and saloon for added berths. The double berth aft cabin is fitted with an en-suite, heads and shower. There is a second heads next to the twin berth fore cabin. The owner has made a number of upgrades to the accommodation, navigation equipment and cosmetically. A December 2021 survey report is available on request.
Accommodation
The Princess 414 is very spacious with plenty of storage, offers seven berths.
The Aft Cabin has a double berth with lots of storage and an en-suite heads and shower with pressurised hot and cold water.
The fore cabin has a twin berth with another heads just outside.
Both the saloon and galley areas have convertible tables to make an additional double and single berth.
This Princess has recently fitted new blue upholstery and new carpets throughout. New mattresses and reasonably new curtains.
The galley is fitted with a 4-burner gas hob and oven, microwave, basin and a good deal of cupboards for storing cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery and food.
Whilst being spacious the Eberspaecher diesel cabin heating means that the vessel has a cosy relaxing feel to it There are two TVs one with a DVD player in the saloon.

Powered by twin Volvo Penta TAMD60C, 6 x cylinder turbocharged diesel engines with 2643 hours on the clocks as at 2nd August 2022 . Impellors have recently been changed. Approximate cruise speed of 18kn, max of 24kn and a range of 260nmi.
Electrical Systems:
3 x 12v batteries, (2 domestic and 1 engine start,) charged by the engine alternator and 240 V shore power battery charger via a 240 Shorepower system.

The Princess 414 was a very popular motor cruiser built in the mid 80s. White GRP hull and super structure with blue antifoul, GRP hull and flybridge with a stainless crane fitted on the aft starboard side. Anodes have been replaced in December 2021. The vessel has been owned by the current owner since December 2021.
