Broker Remarks
Last autumn she was sand blasted to remove the years of accumulated anti fouling: and this year (2007) 3 more coats of Blakes epoxy applied, followed by underwater primer. Each winter all tanks and exhaust system emptied, drained and cleaned where necessary, mattresses, cushions and soft furnishings, batteries, halyards etc removed and stored at home every year. She was Part 1 Registered by her first owner and is still on the Register. It is not the Blue book now but an encapsulated certificate! (But we still have the cancelled blue book.)
Accommodation
Six berths in three cabins. Main saloon with dinette area that converts to double berth .'V' berths in forecabin. Galley with stainless steel sink. Neptune SS gas cooker with oven and grill. Chart table and seat. Two heads with Mira showers. Large, deep, self draining cockpit.
