Broker Remarks

This Westerly Griffon is well equipped and well maintained by her current owner. She has a good set of sails including a cruising chute with snuffer and spinnaker. A new Beta 20 was installed in 2012 and has been regularly maintained She has a folding prop and rope cutter. Her electronics package includes, there is a Garmin GPS  and autohelm.
'Samwise' is the sought after lifting keel version and has a set of beaching legs. The hydraulic lifting keel was fully refurbished in 2016. Her draft with the keel up is 1m and when down 1.69 giving her very good windward performance, far better than the bilge keel version.
For cruising comfort, there is an Eberspacher heating system and shore power.

She is currently ashore and available for viewing at any time. 

Accommodation

The Westerly Griffon sleeps 4, the forward cabin has a twin v berth, the saloon has two settee berths and there is a quarter berth. She has a separate head and a galley area with a cold box and a two-burner cooker with grill.
